Adult Education Ministry

Living Word believes the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the authoritative source and norm of the church’s proclamation, faith, and life. Therefore, study of God's Word is a priority at Living Word.

Though COVID-19 has forced modification to our adult education offerings, we still hold weekly Zoom Bible studies on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Click here and scroll down the page for details.

Living Word is grateful for all God has entrusted to its care and joyfully shares that abundance with other agencies and organizations with similar faith values.

Benevolence Ministry

Children's Ministry

Under normal circumstances, Living Word conducts Sunday school classes for children during the regular school year.  We currently offer Zoom instruction during the week until we are able to meet in person again.

Older youth benefit from mentors within the congregation.

Let us know if you feel called to serve in this ministry.

The men of Living Word are led by Pastor Eric. They typically meet once a month for breakfast and to hear from an invited speaker.

Most of the Living Word men are involved in various forms of servant projects.

Pastor Eric leads this ministry.

Men's Ministry

Music & Drama Ministry

There is a place for most people in the Music and Drama Ministry.  For years, Living Word presented the "Living Last Supper" during Holy Week.  A faithful choir, instrumentalists, soloists, and a hand chime choir all enhance worship throughout the year.

Though modifications to this ministry were needed due to COVID-19, Mary Kaye Own would love to help you find your place in this ministry going forward.

Fellowship and service is at the heart of the Women's Ministry.  A monthly breakfast provides women an opportunity to visit, and a speaker brings a message of encouragement.

The women also take on projects around the church, such as procuring furnishings for the building.
